latest recognized painting: “Island Cat” an
original oil painting by Irene Bailey-Wells, was unveiled
April 8th at a reception in her honor. Irene donated her

in trap-neuter/vaccinate-return (TNR) FOR Bogue Banks’
feral cat population. They operate a program of Id, education,

their inland homes.
